THough the Septemvirat of Dutch Electors
	Inaugurat him Caesar: and each one
Extoll his valour above that of Hectors:
	In wit, and wealth surpassing Salomon;
Yet if he proudly soare a higher pitch:
He's neither mighty, valiant, wise, nor rich.
